BE HOT: The new paradigm in Work-life Balance

Gaurav Sharma, uses the new flexi time concept of BE HOT (Be home on time) to make sure he gives enough support to his little son when his wife is out for auditing companies.
Anoushka Kapoor, heads the marketing for one of the brands of HUL. She started working with the company as a management trainee in the sales field, and gradually got promoted.
But as Anoushka entered the phase of motherhood, she suddenly found it hard to juggle the number of responsibilities, she had.  At this time , her company’s  flexi time work policy came as godsend. Kapoor now comes to office around 11:00  am after managing her house chores and stays till 7 in the evening. This also gives her the advantage of not commuting in the peak hours of traffic.
Its not just the women, making use of flexi timings, but with nuclear family becoming common, increasing responsibilities, and stretched commuting, even the men at work, are preferring to shift the office timings.  Companies are now allowing employees to BE HOT (be home on time ) as early as 3 pm on certain days, providing them to get some evening down time.

Work-Life Balance is finding new dimensions with employees, ensuring improved productivity and efficiency.
