PURPOSE TO IMPACT

It’s the possibility of having a dream come true….that makes the life interesting.

Passion comes in varied forms, and to start living it may require you to start up your own business, change your profession or maybe just modify some elements in your current job.

Having a clarified sense of purpose and writing it out on soft-board in bold is not enough. It is crucial to envision and measure the impact of your purpose driven work. Things will be the same, if you don’t take any action.  Aligning work with your purpose and managing priorities in a constantly evolving job market is definitely a challenge.

Many people shuffle through various jobs/careers in the quest to that perfect meaningful job, but often the struggle turns to be fruitless. Before moving ahead it is imperative to accept and admit two universal truths: there is no job as a perfect job and the definition of a perfect job at 22 maybe different from the definition of the perfect job at 28.

Any calling needs to be complemented with execution and market acceptance to take the form of a meaningful work. It is crucial for the passion and idea to intersect with innate capability (skills) and a hospitable market. 

 Indeed, we believe that the process of articulating your purpose and finding the courage to live it—what we call purpose to impact—is the single most important developmental task you can undertake as a leader.
