How to be more productive and implementation oriented:
In everyday lives, we often lose focus of our goals, and get
deviated, gradually we get into the procrastination frame,
We are hassled up with aligning our goals into everyday
routine.
So to kill that here is a small exercise that will help you
to make best use of time:
Here is an idea, how about create a gratitude list for the
next year, i.e. 2018
In this gratitude list 2018, include whatever you want to
achieve in this period of one year: it could be getting enrolled in a degree,
working on that project to get that promotion, giving in more family time.
So to systematize it more, we could further break down goals
into two categories: Professional, personal. Under personal you could still
categorize it into social and self.
The image below will help us to understand how to categorize and frame your goals. You can further add as many domains and goals to this framework.
However, the most crucial point is to remember to review your Gratitude framework, to add or edit it every once a month. Reviewing it once a month will ensure you are on track with your goal setting and achievement.
