This week, we have got a theme, and all the posts of the week will be focused on how to PUMP UP PRODUCTIVITY.
Mornings are an important part of the day. Your start of the day decides how you are going to spend the rest of it, and what we generally undermine is the significance of these simple but impacting morning habits, that got to be right in order to maximise quality and productivity.

- Quit the snare of SNOOZE: If you are under the habit of waking up after you have hit the snooze alarm at least 3 times, you already have a sombre start to the day. You are letting your gratification of 10 minutes of sleep win over your will power. That is like a tiny defeat of confidence already even before you have opened your eyes. When you wake up without snoozing 3 alarms, you are empowered with greater confidence and energy to start the day.
- Quit 'skipping breakfast': Starting a day with weak breakfast or the microwave munchies is a bad idea. For an active start to the day, it is important to incorporate carbohydrates and some lean protein in the breakfast, it will not only keep you full but will leave you feeling energised through out the day,.
- Quit Scrolling and Strolling: We often cram our morning hours, by scrolling through instagram, or snapping stories or probably strolling around in the house thinking what to wear and what to eat. These tiny 'time-eating' moments add up to eat a big chunk of our morning energy and focus, leaving us distracted and feeble.
