It can be as basic as going out for a walk, or a board game or just a chat over coffee. It is basically a recreational technique, where you let yourself loosen up and allow other easy emotions take over you.
- Reflection Reviewing your day and reflecting on the good things and the lessons that can be learnt, makes the day more fruitful. Take as minimum as 5 minutes and focus on issues like- what happened today? how the situation can be improved? what mistake should be avoided in the future?

It is natural to swamp in the anxiety over the deal that didn't work out, or the important sales meeting tomorrow or that key employee quitting. Practising mindfulness helps to calm that little annoying voice in the head and helps to focus on the present, bringing in the peace. There are various options one can chose from for practising mindfulness- meditation or listening to some soothing music etc or yoga- take your pick. Do include the practice of gratitude in your meditation, it is the key to attracting more abundance and success in life.
- Get Organised for the following day: One sweet treat for the next day would be pre-prepare the breakfast, it will help you save time and decisive energy in the following day. You can also prepare for the next day by selecting the workout gear- in case your work out or the formal wear for office. Another simple hack to start the next day bang on is to make a quick list of things that you have to deal with in the next day. This will help you have a clear picture of the to-do's and the priorities.
